Care 4 Mind is a multi-disciplinary team which consist of registered mental health nurses and recovery support workers.
Additional psychological support can individually be incorporated into an individuals care package via a psychological nurse therapist or occupational therapist.

Our recovery support workers are highly experienced mental health support workers and are the heart beat of support delivery. They will work tirelessly with our individuals to deliver the individualised support plans that have been mutually agreed upon at a pace the individual can learn and acquire the skills necessary to live independently as part of their recovery.
