The Care 4 mind model provides supportive living community based rehabilitation which would have been traditionally have been delivered in a residential type environment, placing the individual within a restrictive more institutional care setting and far from the values of recovery
We offer 24/7 high quality bespoke accommodation with low occupancy and high staff ratio to be able to offer a high quality intensive service where we can really work closely with individuals throughout their journey of recovery.
The individual will be supported to have there own tenancy provided by an independent housing association funded by Housing benefits and service charges allowing funding to focus on achieving mutually agreed care and recovery outcomes.
